Iam not diagnosed with tourettes but I get tics still. Rn my tics are insane. When I get really bad tics like this. I watch asmr to calm down and help with my tics. Schann asmr helps so much. I can't even. His asmr is so calming and my tics cool down almost immediately. Ty so much schann
