ASMR meditation - Dissolving the body [Guided exploration] 

Guided meditation and inquiry, examining the sense of the body and all arising sensations in experience.
1. Stabilizing attention on the breath
2. Expanding to an awareness of the body
3. Expanding to include arising sounds
4. Checking for centre / dense areas in "bodily space" perception
5. Examining boundaries in the perception
6. Noticing emptiness in arising mental images and thoughts
7. Examining properties of the perception mechanism itself
There's a whoooole lot more I'd like to systematically unpack and deconstruct here - Many subtle conditionings and assumptions which may go unnoticed with our usual day-to-day perception. I hope to gradually work through these in the next few videos; and explore how we can bring more freedom and relief into our moment-to-moment experience.
