I've had troubles with insomnia for years and I've been trying to figure out what helps me go to and stay asleep and iv just recently tryed listening to asmr and I love your videos I feel like they really are helping

C'est de loin ma vidéo préféré. J'essaie d'en d'explorer d'autre, mais je finis toujours par revenir m'endormir sur celle-là. 💕 J'adore ear massage lorsque tu as de la crème sur les mains. Et à 8:00 minutes c'est parfait 👌 On se sent en dessous de l'eau lorsque tu déposes tes paumes de main sur le micro. C'est calme, apaisant et on se sent en sécurité! Il faudrait une vidéo avec juste ce trigger et plus de paume sur le micro et plus longtemps 🥰 en tu cas, mercii pour cette vidéo !
