I really get it Maddy💓 I know those days where even a day of “less pain” is still pain and it’s still an everyday battle and the everyday tasks don’t just seem daunting, they are... they’re emotionally draining and I’m so proud of your everyday battle. Be gentle with yourself and know you’re loved and someone is thinking of you during your flares.💗

I definitely get seasonal depression in the summer. Warm weather inherently makes me upset to a certain extent, and when it gets too hot I feel physically drained to leave my house which makes me more depressed because I stay indoors, If that makes any sense

Husky In A Hoodie absolutely!!! I meant to say I experience the pressure of all the overwhelming activities and kind of almost “no excuse” not to do something... but them it’s a reminder of a lack of a social life, etc etc.... I totally get that push and pull aspect to it. I thrive with the sun and heat... so even indoors it makes me happy. I feel less depression just solely based on seeing the sun and not rain. Just sitting on my porch in the sun makes a big difference.

im the opposite. i get most depressed in the winter/fall with how cold it is and the new semesters starting. i get pale from the lack of sun and i hate the cold. thats when my iron deficiency acts up the most and it triggers every other health problem i have which in turn triggers my depressive mood swings

I have Misophonia and I’ve actually found asmr to be really helpful in regards to it, sometimes I can convince myself that the sounds that are negatively triggering me are in a video and are meant to positively trigger me and it will ease the frustration/anxiety

I have suffered from an anxiety disorder for almost 2 years now, as well have delt with anxiety my entire life. When night comes, it’s a time when I get very anxious and sad, sleeping can be difficult. When I found your channel I absolutely LOVED your sound and style. I get sleepy just instantly listening, no matter where I am. I forget about everything and just fall asleep. It calms me. I wanted to thank you. i get more depressed in the summer! i'm still in high school and going to school and walking to my boyfriends after school maybe once a week is the only time i ever really leave my house. aside from that i go to walmart with my mom once every week or two. i don't have my permit or license and i really don't have any friends or any money to go do things with. i'm bound to my room. i'm extremely sensitive to heat which makes it difficult for me to be outside. the summers just kind of a bummer for me haha.
