Yes, I once was in an anxiety group and all we did was visualize our anxiety and letting go of it in various ways. I think it can be very powerful!

It was done by her (Qveen Herby), but I loved the way she did it so much I had to try! She’s actually a singer/rapper, but she’s very spiritual and apparently practices reiki too. 🤷‍♀️
