If you're talking about the lightening of th first woman's skin tone, I think that's actually colorism, and it's a terrible but very prevalent part of Korean beauty standards. That and the use of eyelid tape to give her the appearance of having double lids. If that's not what you're talking about though, please enlighten me! I would very much like to know if there are any subtle anti-black things that I easily miss because I'm unaware of them.

@@melodramaticdragon5826 that's basically it. colorism is anti-black. I'm Blasian and I live in the Philippines. Trust me that I know a thing or two about colorism. It's the way she was portrayed as looking like a brown skin black woman. And all this makeover to make her look like a different person is called a “glow-up” I mean there are other comments talking about it and expressing their opinions on it. Feel free to check it out. I didn't even watch the whole video lol I can't with these things it makes me feel uncomfortable

i really love your videos but not all BLACK WOMAN wears wigs and lashes, WHITE PEOPLE wear them too, it doesn't always have to be black woman with fake lashes,baby hair done and wigs on because white woman do that too. Y’all chill. It’s beauty standards in Asia. As someone whose Asian, there’s a lot of lighter skinned people here so it’s a beauty standard, woman even use white face paint to make themselves look whiter. Yes it’s wrong But it’s just how our beauty standards work. At the end of the day it’s just a animation
