Because of poor time management these past few weeks, I couldn't watch your videos. I def missed your voice. I'm always asking myself why I fall so easily asleep when I'm not in bed versus I can't sleep when I'm in bed, very weird paradox. But watching your videos help me manage that issue. I'll try to find more time to watch your vids to better sleep 😂⌚😴

Thanks so much for your comment. I, too, sleep better than in my bed! I swear I am getting a hammock and mosquito net to sleep outdoors on the balcony. I sleep like a baby on the couch or floor! Maybe there's a homeopathic remedy for this oddity. I am glad I'm not alone.
