I suffer with horrendous anxiety and panic disorder and have been really bad lately. This video was incredibly soothing and I felt my levels of anxiety dropping to a level it hasn’t been in a long time. I had tried ASMR videos before but they didn’t help but for some reason your voice and the clicking and tapping of the bottles were just so wonderfully calming. It may help that I am a huge nail polish addict and rainbow lover too! Thank you so much - I’m so glad I found your channels just this week 🌈

I didn’t know what ASMR was. I was watching your video about your polish collection and you were on this drawer and mentioned this video. Immediately I clicked it to see what you were talking about. As I listened to the video, I loved the clicking of the polishes and the tapping with your nails. Your voice is very soothing too. I had to look up the meaning of ASMR and came back to watch the video, to see if it is calming like the description said. Yes you did it. You made me so calm and relaxed. My eyes were just focused on the screen and my breathing slowed down as I relaxed. It wasn’t until my cat jumped next to me that I realized I was almost in a trance and calm. Thank you for making this video. I will check out more. 💋
