Fellow nurse, I feel you. I barely go out and when I do I don't usually carry a lot but "what's in my bag" and videos like this are so satisfying to watch. I'm always so curious!
For me I usually pack practical things, a water bottle, umbrella, at least 2 different painkillers, a refillable eco bag, sanitary products, the water bottle is pretty much half the handbag
