video idea: regular fast and agressive triggers but when you're tapping you say scratch as a trigger word and vice versa,, like basically the lying trigger combined with other stuff also like hand sounds that you call mouth sounds/opposite scratching objects and calling them the mic so it's "mic scratching" going super fast and calling it slow just an interesting idea idk?

So many tingles when you tell us to focus on a specific area, and then you immediately come in close with the fluttering hands (12:28). Something about that distraction technique is so triggering. Please do a video with lots and lots of that in, the more aggressive the better.. x

Your content is great, but I honestly don't get how "focus on me", or the related "pay attention", and "follow this that or the other" is supposed to be relaxing? My eyes are generally closed and I'm trying to relax and/or fall asleep, which none of those things are conducive to. Just my subjective opinion.

That’s okay 🤗 some people really enjoy it. I know a lot of people who have ADHD/ADD have commented before not just on mine but I’ve seen it on other people’s videos, saying they really like this trigger. I think it’s satisfying to them as it’s trying to capture their attention whilst then spontaneously breaking that focus? Along with the fast pace of it also. I’m not too sure as I can’t speak for everyone, but I do personally find these not on the “relaxing” side but more tingle inducing haha 😁
