This type of instruction is so much more relaxing than the guided meditations where they ask you to “let go” of all your cares and worries, because those just make you think about said cares and worries. In contrast, this relaxes you because it distracts you from them and lets you genuinely forget them during the video.

I was surprised when I was still focused on her nose and she said "hey! Look at my hand".

I was diagnosed with a severe visual impairment at birth. I suspect that I am on the autism spectrum. I have sensory problems, heightened hearing, aversions to change, rigid patterns, social and emotional issues, communicative issues, and issues with executive functioning. I have never seen a video as well crafted as this one for following instructions. It was fast paced and alerting yet also calming. And the way you kept telling the viewer to pay attention really feels like you are interacting with me. It helps my mind ease but also become alert and at attention and adjust to doing tasks so I can do actual tasks that I need to do in real life. Thank you very very much! Please make 1 million more of these videos LOL I’m not joking. I use them to take my attention away from bad things like meltdowns, panic attacks, and anger. I use them to ease sensory overload. I use them to get my mind adjusted and ready to do multi step tasks or bigger and more complex tasks. I use them to calm down and to be alert. They are amazing and you do it perfectly! Keep up the great work!
