I’m a chronic insomniac and hat also suffers from never-ending anxiety. And normally there is only one ASMR person on yt that is able to help me fall asleep. But after I just listened to a few very short minutes of this video I started to relax and calm down. Thank you so much. I now feel a lot calmer and much more relaxed. NOT SLEEPY (insert insomniac jitters)! But much calmer.😮‍💨😌

Loved the water sounds. Felt like drifting along with the tide on the deck of a sailboat as the water lapped against the sides of the boat. Heaven.

A million thanks for this video & the rest. I started looking for relaxing ASMR viddies last night, found yours, bounced around to hear a couple other guys, but Brandon, yours are THE BEST!!! ..never knew the extent of what ASMR feels like bodily until now even tho always have known I'm particularly sensitive to sound. Seeing this what you call the Butter Brigade.. if it's anything to do w a person relaxing entirely & melting like immobile butter from your magical voice & crispy breathing & mouth sounds, then call me the grass-fed pasture kind bc that's what these videos do for me. Am I gushing? Partly. But mostly it's bc I DREAD my own 'bedtime'. My PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and constant fear get super scary when I try going to bed at night. So I generally put off bedtime until I fall asleep in the wee morning hours. After finding your channel last night 🌙, knowing your videos are here for me, I can now finally look forward to tucking in at night & hearing your magical voice - even the rambles & live streams- calm my nerves all the way down to the parasympathetic level.
