these videos keep me alive. and when I need to wash, cook, exercise, yoga. I just watch videos like this and get inspired. It is also very effective when you have a diary. when you fill it out or just draw it, it's just asmr😋😋

@@levibro3191Dw I’ve seen other people say the same thing. You don’t have to, or need to have a life like this. You don’t have to be aesthetic!! Just do what works best for you. Literally my skincare routine is clearasil ointment in the morning during shower, and at night cerave moisturizer and stridex acne pads. And that’s normal! Tbh I think most of the routine in the video was an intense waste of money, except the Johnson’s oil. Just do you!
i feel like this is a very product-heavy routine. to people who see this who feel like their life is inadequate, this is a routine that relies on buying a lot of unnecessary products and a lot of brands try to sell this kind of lifestyle to make u spend more. remember you can live a fulfilling life with a good mindset w/o spending money on expensive skincare + clothes 🩷

Agreed! I’ve heard a few really good dermatologist say using too much of many different products isn’t good and can all cause irritation when mixed. It really is best to keep it simple, cleanser, toner (not all the time as it can strip the skin) and a good moisturizer (maybe 2 depending on your skin)and sunscreen for day! Pretty simple!

@@janeypaney sorry but that's excuses, I'm not a kid I'm a 27 mature woman. I used to be and think like you. But to make changes yo need efforts and making different decisions. Life it's not easy for me neither had been for many times, at all. I also have complications from time to time, sometimes more than I like. But despite of it I always find time for myself (physically and emotionally) as I consider it my priority. It's just a matter of mindset and make it possible. Nobody prevents you from making different habits, it's only about you and the hard and big step is accepting it. Your problem is that you compare your life with hers. Maybe your neccessity is different and that's why you feel frustrated, you need to find your own way of self care and build YOUR time for it. Just build a life that yo don't need to escape from ;)

I'm not disputing the value of those activities but im just highlighting my own situation. As a PhD student burdened with education debt and intensive research, even 30 minutes of morning yoga is a luxury. We all make choices about how to spend our time.

Everybody, please understand that your life can be peaceful and aesthetic without paying hundreds of dollars for bullshit. It’s about the intention that you put into the actions that you’re doing. It’s the intention that you’re putting into self-care. Everybody in the comments is dreaming of having a “life like this” when in reality, this type of life is so unsustainable for not only the planet, but also your mental health. Life is not aesthetic.
