Oi oi ooooi. Today's video is a combo of plucking and pulling hand movements to relieve stress, insomnia, and anxiety. As usual, the channel's plucking videos are full of hand movements. I know you guys like it and it's my favorite visual trigger, especially if it's done close to the camera. But today I added quiet and almost inaudible mouth sounds, for those who like mouth sounds and also ASMR no talking. The goal today is to reassure you and prepare you for the week to come, but with a much more visual ASMR so you can disconnect from what's around you. Since it's a video with mouth sounds but no speaking, I wonder if it might be useful to focus on something like gaming, studying, reading, working, or doing any other task that requires focus.
