ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. ASMR is a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck. These tingles are a response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. ASMR is often used for sleep and relaxation. Some people get tingles, and some people don't, and these videos can be relaxing either way! I aim to create a safe place for all that allows a state of well-being, sleep, and relaxation. Enjoy!

Thank you very much :) I'm someone who enjoys repetition so it doesn't bother me as much making them, I just feel bad because I want to produce good and fresh stuff to everyone. But I've also been on the other end as a viewer and wishing creators made the same type of video so it was fresh yet the same series, so I get that side of it too. I'm happy people are enjoying and wanting more of this series, because that gives me the go to keep making them!

This might be my favorite video ever. I loved the music. It was at the perfect level. The towel sounds were fantastic. The fabric was great. This was so incredibly relaxing and some of your best work ever. My only recommendation to take it to the next level… sometimes it was a little too bright. Some softer lighting would be great.

This is my first time watching and really enjoyed your asmr. Spa music, the tone of your voice, clicking the pen, towel sounds etc were all on point. For some reason i really liked it when you knelt down to do the foot and leg massage. Maybe an added element at the beginning could be lighting an aromotherapy candle or sprtzing the room with aromotherapy mist.

Many people really enjoy the white noise but for myself I just could not ever find enjoyment in listening to that myself. It has always really bothered me for some reason. I don’t know why but it just does. 🤷‍♀️ I usually just click out of the video if it happens to be used but I had never said anything myself to anyone because I know that many others do enjoy it. I was surprised to see a comment saying that they don’t enjoy the white noise 😊

don't use that scratchy loud comforter. use a cotton soft blanket, and if you need some more sounds, then put a cotton sheet underneath it. this isn't meant to be a rant just helpful advice because I like everything else, your voice, the music, etc..
