@@zxycth1249 when you hit it with the outside of the boot all the force, pressure and landing are on that area of the knee, it sucks, I only do it when I have to.
@@josh0147 easiest way to learn is to use your strong toe and hit it on the right side of the foot with a lot of power It will make the ball spin like that and the more you do it the better your technique will get
