thank you for doing these for free for ppl who cant afford the real thing & we can at least feel a bit of comfort to sleep at night even tho it clearly isnt the real thing it is the closest thing to it so thank you thank you thank you!!

Thank you. ❤️ I needed this today, this week has been so unbelievably stressful and anxiety inducing. I’m sorry for the gigantic comment this is gonna be I just need to get it off of my chest. I’ve been so overwhelmed with working full time and going to school full time meanwhile feeling the need to educate and point out micro-aggressions, and the fault in reasoning behind anti BLM sentiments and the realities of being black in America. On top of that god...there is so much.

I’ve been stifling my voice, my needs and anything that is not about the cause on my other social accounts. I feel like I can’t and do should not talk to anyone about what’s going on with me bc this moment in time is not about me. It’s about them and changing minds/perspectives and keeping the momentum going.

Thank you, thank you for all the amazing content!!! I've recently discovered ASMR and your channel and it's been a great help for my depression and anxiety, especially these psychologist roleplays!! I've been seeing a therapist for a couple of months and these videos help me to better understand the same concepts and ideas that I've discussed in my own sessions. I usually listen to ASMR videos through noise cancelling headphones and with your videos I tend to hear strong white noise, not sure if this intentional perhaps it's an air conditioner or fridge in the background. However I think it could be related to your recording settings; to my ears it's quite a distinct white noise related to audio gain. It's not a big deal as it eventually belnds in with the sound of the candles. I just thought I'd raise this as ASMR has made me into a bigger audiophile than I already was lol. Again, thank you so much for all your hard work!!!!
