The pressure and release bit brought back memories when I lived with cats named Hooby and Nora. Hooby was a grey white slinky cave goblin. Nora was a gentle, quiet black cat. They both liked to knead and do nuzzle motions, Hooby was a young silly boog who needed to wind down first. Nora was the most relaxed and liked to loaf on or near you the moment one laid down. When Hoob was aiming for sleep he'd rest near and be a slinky sprawled out thing. I miss those little beans. But I remember those nights fondly. They are still alive and well. The rain too. Brings back many things. Sound brings its own realm of existence. Yours you have constructed is a realm of gradual calm. Like lapsing waves, do hands glide on the blanket, leaving a rhythmic sense of relaxation. Straight forward and affirming... And pacing the body and mind through exercises of rest and slowdown. Very much appreciate your approach to these sleep aid videos. Listening to you really is cathartic in helping provide a calm environment.
