Fun video! The question about which planet is closest to earth is actually a lot less straight forward as one might think. Because all planets have their own orbit around the sun. As a result the distance to earth is continuously changing. Although Venus is often mentioned as the 'closest planet' it on average actually turns out to not be the closest. It's Mercury!

If you were the host of a quiz show I would actually watch television scored 44 out of 50 so I am pretty pleased with myself and it brought a smile to my face when you mentioned Connecticut as even though I was born in Manhattan I consider Connecticut to be my home state

Ugh god I hate to be that guy... The closest planet to earth changes with regular frequency but on average, it is actually Mercury. Because Mercury has such a fast orbit, it spends more time between the earth and the sun than any other planet including Venus. I will say that no planet get's closer to earth than Venus.

Generally speaking that question asks about the closest orbital trajectory from earth’s, not the actual planet

34/50. Not stellar, not awful. You could've added a bonus question - double or nothing.. What is the answer to life, the universe, and everything? Then I could redeem myself. I'm also super impressed with your cards, they're so legit. I wouldn't even know how to do that. On a computer of course but you are so crafty!

@@SirimiriASMR They were great, it's a shame we don't really have any good double acts in comedy anymore. I found them by chance on dvd in 2006 (I'm not quite old enough to have grown up with them haha). Man I forgot about Laurel and Hardy too! They were the og's.
