This video is for my followers that like to hear me talk or anyone else just curious about my disease.

I finally read about how to properly use my blue yeti microphone ( I know, it’s only been like 4 months 🤣😭) and discovered it can do the binaural effect. So there is a special trigger towards the end of this video for you! I am going to be making more sound videos in the near future and I’m so excited!

I am so pleased that you have made this video. I was diagnosed with Crohns disease in 2017 and like you were, I'm on humira. Have you completely stopped taking the injections?

Thanks for your comment. I don’t remember when exactly I stopped, but it was around the end of 2021 or beginning of 2022. I haven’t been on any medications since then. My GI Dr never once mentioned to me the word probiotics. It was just, “you have this disease, you’ll have it for the rest of your life. Here’s some medication we can put you on.” I believe everyone with forms of IBD/IBS can really improve their gut health with fermented dairy.

@BreakingBreadASMR that's exactly what my doctor said to me and I'm in the UK. I guess it's the same the world over. I'm definitely going to look into the probiotics. Thank you 😊

@@BreakingBreadASMR I dont even go to the hospital. It's no secret they're just trained pharmaceutical salesmen. What with insurance, they'll always opt for the most expensive treatment rather than the right one.
