those are all on the southern part of the comb, only the honey is on top. She cut off the bottom of the comb where that all happens, but you can see in 5:52 that there are quite a few bee larvae she missed.

Get it at a local farm stand if you can it's alot cheaper. I got a big jar of honey comb for like 9$ and I heard people pying up to 25$ for a samll peace of comb online
