My first ever ASMR experience that I can remember when I was little was my mom taking crayons and doing the back-tracing game. It's probably one of my earliest/favorite memories of being in elementary school. I've never seen it in an ASMR video before and you have no idea how excited I got when I read the description. I never usually comment on these types of videos but I just wanted to say that your content always give me such a warm sense of comfort and I'm so glad you're apart of the community! I rarely get asmr triggers watching asmr videos. I just find them relaxing to view before I go to sleep. However, the back assessment portion of this video gave me major asmr triggers. Ok so I totally bought a shiatsu massage pillow with heat so I can use it on my neck/back while I watch these massages so it feels like it’s me getting them. And I’ll tell you what, best $45 I ever spent on amazon. Except I used it so much my back feels bruised now, lol. I love these massages, you found your niche I think, and you are so knowledgeable and so good at it. You are awesome!
Paige S yea I think our muscles just aren’t used to it, it’s been a couple days since I used it and my muscles feel normal now, so I just tried it again and it felt great. I was googling it and it said that’s normal but to only use it for 15 min intervals and to take a break between. I think my issue was I used it for a few hours straight, lol.
mollycule it is definitely great for muscle spasms! I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and the spot has felt numb for years, almost like the sensation when your foot falls asleep, it’s so uncomfortable. But I used this on the spot and it definitely helps, especially the heat aspect but you’re right, definitely need to be careful!
I really like your intros. This one features a basin of water with a towel and the placing of bottles and other items on the table and done in a quiet manner. Lighting the candle is relaxing to watch as it adds a nice glow. You are showing in your videos that you have a lot of skills. You are very good at giving massages. You use various methods like the palm as well as the knuckles of the hands, also tools to bring relaxation to the muscles. You take your time during the massage and your massage is thorough for the back, shoulders, arms, neck and even the scalp. I'm sure your sister felt very relaxed. I love the quietness of the video, and your voice being so soft is soothing to the ears. A very relaxing experience. btw, The tracing game is cool and adds some fun to the massage.

I got a massage once. Only once. The masseus's bones cracked against my body. Sometimes I joke that my body massaged her. I felt like my anxiety riddled self when I left but I don't think she was ever the same.
