On the one hand, you're really talented, you blend ASMR and realism in a unique way and I'm incredibly happy to have found your channel. On the other hand, people with this much money to spend on apartments are the scourge of the earth (and of NYC in particular), and so it kind of triggers me listening to this. Like, if you have $15million to spend on a house, maybe $5million buys you a fancy enough house, and you obviously don't need the remaining $10million, right? Like the song says, "If money is such a problem / Well they've got mansions, think we should rob them".
