I've been healing from a loss for the last two years now..starting to feel a bit lighter again. I enjoyed this session so much. I'm saying goodbye to old ways and people and trying to welcome in a new space for healing the past and getting in touch with a future..thx again..

Oh, that’s a rough pain and grief! Hope your heart feels lighter after watching this maybe a couple times! May you give your heart what it needs ❤to feel safe and loved! I know from personal experience, it can be a difficult task to take care of yourself when going through grieving a loss… but it’s essential to healing ❤️🩹 and the more you learn what you need to feel comforted the better you’ll feel as you move through it! thank you, i think this is your best video so far - because (for my eyes and brain) the more 3D hand gestures you use, the more real it feels. like when you pull your fingers from the camera back to you, or stroke down from the top, especially when your hands start outside the screen. then it's not some waving hands in front of a camera, but like a real gesture for a real body sitting in front of you. and you used more "space", down from the screen at the lower chakras. i don't have to see all your fingers all the time, it feels real if i just see an arm or wrist and my brain "knows" what your hands are doing above or below. pushing your palms flat against the camera feels like you are pushing my energy body away, luckily you did the pushing gestures also more like 3D this time. the more space you use around the screen, the better it works for me (like treating the crown chakra slightly above the camera). and, as i've said, stroking down to the lower chakras "works" too, even if i don't see the hands. just wanted to give you this feedback. your sessions are very relaxing to watch.
