My grandfather passed away a week ago. I feel like I haven’t even had time to grieve him because my life is going through so many changes. Thank you for this, and thank you to everyone sharing their grief in the comments. We need community to truly heal through grieving.
Its been almost 4 years that my brave , strong mom lost her battle with chronic lung disease! I'm still struggling to navigate life without her . My grief hasn't got any better , and I still can't accept that she's gone . I was there with her , while she was in hospice, when the time came to remove life support ... she lingered for 16 hours before she passed .... and that was hard for me to watch .... but I knew she didn't want to be left alone . I'm forever traumatized by that experience. Thank you for your video !
It’s been almost 3 months since my partner of over a year broke up with me with no warning. No contact since the beginning of January and I haven’t seen them since the end of December. It truly feels like they’re gone and I miss having my best friend with me. Today seemed to hit so hard out of nowhere, so thank you for this ❤
I'm sorry. I know no words can really help with the many feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, etc that come with a situation like that. I have also gone through that... and its hard for anyone to say anything helpful. But still, I wish you healing and peace ❤
Something was off the entire day, I just didn't feel right. I was oversensitive and anxious. I guess today was the day to deal with the grief of losing something I never had. This video found me at a time where I think my body was telling me it was time to let go of some history. Thank you, I sat and cried and just let my thoughts out. Thank you.
It’s almost been a year and a half since we suddenly lost my Dad. It’s been heart wrenching, difficult, extremely painful and the pain of missing him is so strong. This was definitely needed. Thank you ❤
It's almost seven years past 17th April 2017 Monday evening 8:27 p.m , i suddenly lost my child. sweet attempt my dear to heal more people but some pain will never be forgotten it's still remain unchange.

My friend committed suicide a few days ago. This is the worst pain i've ever felt in my entire life. I just wish i could hold them again, hear them laugh again, tell them how much i love them. I know i did all i could do, i was the one who called the police when another friend of theirs contacted me about the situation, i just wish i could've done more, or said more. However, what has been done has been done, and nothing can undo the past. The grief will stay, but i will have to learn how to grow around it. Rest in peace Lou 🕊
I don't think I'll ever get to those older layers of the traumatic whole at this point after what they did to it, I need fairness and atonement as a pillar for a more static separated part I beg let them see fairness on an external end, resources, anything not helpless and hopeless or catalytic once the trauma sparks into it all, and not helpless to an extremely breaking, stagnant, exclusively superficially reinforcing suffocating extent I beg. Also thank you, I'll try to let down that type of guard
