It is a wild time right now, and I know some of you want a sense of normalcy within the mayhem. So I will probably be creating a few videos for your individual requests that are unrelated to our current situation. We all have so much going on outside of this whirlwind, and I want to honor all of that as well. Just know, whatever you're going through, I am here holding that experience along with you, and sending you so much support as you move through it.
I feel so excited about the combination of Reiki and ASMR. I think ASMR is a beautiful compliment to Reiki as it encourages relaxation which is an ideal state to begin this kind of energy work. If you are just here for the ASMR aspect of this channel that's totally cool too! I love ASMR, and I think it has so many incredible benefits, so all are welcome :)

You asked for feedback-so I want to say that having followed your sessions for several months now, I am finding it easier to stop ruminating over thoughts or feelings that seem to be stuck, especially after the cleansing and clearing. I totally love the selenite wand! It gives me a gentle rush every time. I don’t have tools available to me for the Reiki, but I’m learning so much about the power of stones from you and deciding which ones I am particularly drawn to. When things start to open back up, I look forward to going into shops and handling them to see how they feel (kind of like buying a new mattress-doing it online just doesn’t quite do it!). You’ve become part of my life and I am very grateful. 🙏🏻

This session is one of my absolute favorites. It's my go to. I love how you say we can come back any time we want/need to. I have PTSD and panic anxiety. I have flash backs and bad memories that seem to stick. Also making it difficult to sleep. This session helps more than you know! You are, without a doubt, the most genuine person. I feel like I get more support and understanding from you than anyone present in my life right now. It makes me feel so safe and validated, without judgement. I'm a (former) Mormon, I think I can feel the spirit, and the calmness and sense of purpose I get from a spiritual environment. I'm also transgender and that isn't really supported in the LDS community. You're many Reiki sessions, which I listen to for the calming ASMR have really helped me to stay grounded and move forward. Thank you again for sharing your gift. You're obviously very skilled with the camera and very soothing with your commentary.

Transgender/ transsexual are the same thing. Generally speaking we don't use the term transsexual, probably because we don't want to be associated sexual as our gender. Most people are cisgender, you probably wouldn't call yourself cis-sexual. Trans covers anyone who doesn't identify with birth gender. Intersex people also exist, they may consider themselves trans, but that's a personal decision for them.

Always love plucking! After a week of positivity I have been in a funk this weekend, so this is great. Future suggestion- Reiki for Confidence (in decisions, talent, ability, in own strength). And one for Heartache (I know the grief video mentioned that kind of loss/breakup, but a whole video for that might be good too). Reiki for Finding Purpose.

This was comforting video:). I tend to be someone who can worry a lot and that negativity does not "serve [my] highest self". Someone once told me that "worry is negative faith". I never did my own Reiki Session because I do not feel confident enough and I have no experience in doing so, but I did use my clear cut quartz, rose quartz, and turquoise with spraying rose water for attracting well being. I really LOVE your pink and black Rhodonite as much as your blue and black Indigo Gabbro:). I find the Indigo Gabbro to be relaxing and empowering. And for the AMSR I did like the comb sounds because they remind me of my Childhood with my Fisher Price Xylophone:)!! Thank you for this very calming video:)!! Sending you as well a lot of happiness

I love the combing. I have a very busy mind at the end of a day, and calming it, slowing it, is difficult. But when you combed through my field it was as if you were taking away all the busy ‘what ifs’ and recycled them. Thank you, Love & Light 🙏🏻

Before I started watching this video I felt doubt, uncertainty, fear and, longing. Lately I have been feeling my twin flames emotions more than ever. Today was especially difficult those feelings were becoming overwhelming. Normally I send her love, strength, compassion and prayers. During your video I caught a glimpse of her. Quite true in what you conveyed Anna. We learn from different negative experiences in our lives. Being an adult means dealing with and managing many of the things that life throws at us. The good times in life are so much more appreciated when we have experienced negative events and/or emotions. Thanks for your remedying voice as always. This was my first time watching this video specifically, but I absolutely intend on working with it several times; it's been added to a playlist. I just wanted to say thank you so much for this session, as it had a particularly powerful influence on me. I often feel a lot of emotion as things surface when I use videos like this, particularly things I have buried and not wanted to address. I did experience some tears with this one, which is a very good thing and I am so grateful. What I typically experience with your videos is a feeling of relief more than anything else... as if some of the weight I carry has been removed, which makes me feel like I can manage things better, at least for the time being. I also experience a welling up of various emotions, depending on the session's subject and intention, but it's always a largely positive side effect I find. I also typically feel a bit drained after for awhile, so I like that you suggest hydrating and self-care after a session. Once again, thank you.

I love having my on call reiki master ❤ After a sudden wake up at 1:50 am to what felt like an attack. Something came at my face and it felt strong and aggressive. I wouldn't let it in and as soon as i could wake up i looked for a reiki video that could help and here i am. By the end of it i felt grounded, cleansed and safe. Thank you Anna ❤

Yes Anna, for me this session is spot on 💘 I do one or to sessions together with you ( I have to se you too - you know) in the evening before falling asleep and during the night my mind and my body are being detoxed in a very effective way.
