The very visible relief your clients experience through your healing abilities makes me want to become reiki attuned myself (especially this one, it seemed like a huge release for your client and I'm so happy for them 🥰). The music is super relaxing. I get so sleepy and calm listening to it. This is perfect for sleep or relaxation. The breathing is also relaxing. And the soft speaking. This is what I use ASMR videos for. Not to get tingles, but to relax and sleep. Thank you for making this.

Thank you! 🌷✨ Some go deeper during the recorded sessions than others, and I’ve mainly worked with Lauren in private. I’m so thankful she let herself truly feel into the healing even though it was on camera! Crying, expressions of grief, or cathartic release are super normal, especially during private sessions. We had a beautiful time and I’m so thankful we could share it with everyone 💖

Love this video's concepts. It was very helpful to my journey to learn meditation & breathing. I live in NYC. I like to do guided breathing exercises on my way to work, but the City Noises too much sometimes in New York City. I figured out a solution, and it was to combine white noise & guided breathing together in the audio. Now I can just put on my headphones, and I can listen to the breathing rhythm along with some white noise/ music on my way to work. I got to say it has been working really well to reduce my STRESS and ANXIETY so far.
