The part about aligning what you're thinking with what you are actually saying. Also when you "cleared away" or plucked the unwanted bits of our throat chakra. Sometimes we have negative things stored up, I'd rather they were plucked away, than come out at people who frustrate me. Thank you again for sharing your gift.

Boy howdy I need this tonight! I cussed out my therapist on Monday and my throat chakra still isn't done with her 😂😂😂 I got an apatite palm stone yesterday and I have it sat on my throat chakra while I'm watching this and I can literally feel the anger and frustration melting away 💕

I thought i had an unbalance in my heart chakra, but it seems like I have an underactive throat chakra. I find it hard to use my voice sometimes and communicate my feelings effectively. I think i need some blue stones. Also, super excited for the heart chakra video!!

Thank you Anna. I’ve been listening when I can. I haven’t commented in months though, sorry for that. Wanted to thank you so much for your commitment. You’ve been my secret to staying centered during this craziness. I try to make time to relax and focus when I get home from shifts at the hospital but to be honest, sometimes I crash before you even start. But I’ve been on call this week so I’ve been taking time in the call room to sit on a bunk and chill out and listen when I have some spare moments. I can’t express enough how much this has helped me and I think I’m able too keep my head in the game over the long haul because of you. Tonight I’m home and it feels great to have a few days . My kids wanted to sleep outside in the tent with me and we ate some spaghettios for fun! Now I’m listening to you and watching them sleep. Please know you are appreciated more than you can know. Please stay safe.

Thank you! These are great. I tapered off all my anxiety and depression medication a bit over a month ago and I feel much better now and seek to find my peace of mind and balance through physical exercise, meditation, nutrition, wim hof breathing, videos like this :) I'm interested in the energies that our thoughts and intentions and habits (physical / mental) contain. There's something there. Now, I did need the medication at the start of the year because I was nearly suicidal and couldn't even sleep without benzodiazepines. That ordeal - or hell ride if you will - led me to go within and actively search for what's wrong. Things are coming up in deep meditation. Not always pleasant but I try to welcome, embrace and let go of the things, without judgement. It's not easy and I will forever learn but I'm now in a much, MUCH better place. Liked, subscribed, clicked the bell and commented :) Thank you again and even the people commenting here are marvelous, so all the love and all the power to you all.

I typically listen to tingting asmr. And watch until I fall asleep. She has been my fave for a long time, and I will always love her. But I came across you today, and I really resonate with your mix of genuine, motivational/asmr voice, and your talent for reiki and healing, to which I am new. I also love that you have meditative background music. I wish you'd include a bit more tapping, finger fluttering, etc. or other asmr sounds. I'd never leave! Thank you for this.

This was a very interesting experience for me:)!! I have had a severe form of acid reflux that years ago lead to Barret's Esophagus that I take medicine for. So at times I can feel a tightness. Tonight when you used the "Pineapple Quartz" I actually felt like a energy needle was going through my throat:)!! Other than that I felt a calm with the Sodalite Stone:). I do not think I have trouble expressing myself and maybe I can talk too much, but I do not speak mean gossip and I do not like to make mean comments either. Anna, thank you for sharing this beautiful healing video:)!! I really LOVED the Blue Calcite:)!! All the blue colors are so pretty too:)!!

I never went back and lost her number. I was in a really dark place and it made things worse. I think I was experiencing the dark night of the soul. I really need to get a reiki master though.
