Hello everyone!
Today we are going to have a relaxation massage for the palms and arms.
I also used acupuncture tools to press some acupuncture points.
As you know, there are many acupuncture points and muscles in the palms and arms.
I hope this video will help you relax a little, or make you sleepy.

The use of neutral/nude colours greatly added to the relaxing element of this video. It’s always hard to try and relax with bright colours shining in your face so thank you for taking that into consideration! I mean- even the watch and nails are on the calmer side of things. Absolutely Amazing!

@@juniko_mercy I saw it at 0:17. It's really subtle so you have to look carefully Edit: you can see it really anytime he presses down in the middle of her palm. You can also do this to yourself by letting one of your hands go limp, and then pressing down on the limp hand in the middle of the palm, though I find it's much easier to see if you press down on the tendons in your wrist, but that might just make the entire hand move.

As a hand therapist, I wish we did more massage. I love doing hand massages but the treatments are restricted to exercises and splinting. We don't do the therapeutic side as much.
