Thank you for this. I needed the words, the confirmation the space and opportunity to breathe when all I wanted to do was crawl out of my skin, to cry because I felt bad for needing the space. Thank you for creating a space that allowed me to breathe to reset, to just be, to drown out the noise of the world around me and center myself.
