(Psst, I have a pro tip that helps me out, use baking soda and vinegar together until it's a paste, and mix in some essential oil, preferrably peppermint. Scrub on, leave on for about 15 minutes, that works for me!)
Love the routine!! So relaxing😴😴but to your skin care routine I do recommend to use your two middle fingers because if you use your whole hand it does add an extra amount of pressure to your skin when your massaging in the product and it causes wrinkles to come in faster and it's very rough on the skin so it will make it extra sensitive, so be careful!! Also when your massage certain parts of your face especially your eyes(eye wrinkles are always the first to pop up!!) I recommend massaging in instead of out that way they don't wrinkle as quickly. What you did with the rest of your face was good!! You should massage upwards to keep your skin intact and it keeps your face in amazing shape!..but again, not too much pressure or you will cause wrinkles to come in quicker and makes your skin extra sensitive, use two fingers if you're gonna massage your face by hand. i think you’re referring to the gua sha, it’s a tool that can be used to reduce inflammation and puffiness in the skin. it also can help drain the sinuses!
