These books are books that I bought at library book sales. They're not in circulation anymore. It's OK for me to stamp/write in them. I've had several requests for a library video with none of the "beeping scanner" noises, and very little/no talking. That's what we have here. @@jnh14 it was the Jamestown Library walk through from 2-22-2020. Go to 13:45 minutes into the video until like 18 minutes. She just rubbed and scratched on books. I replay it over and over.

This is such a perfect video - the sounds are so natural and unforced, no fast/aggressive triggers (I really never got that idea for asmr), it's slow and mindful bringing the nostalgia of watching someone and having a pure and genuine asmr response, AND your hand movements are clear enough that I don't have to hold my phone close to my face to follow your movements with my eyes. Classic, timeless and true ASMR - it's rarely out there anymore unfortunately! Thank you 🤗🙏 I'm off to find the library video everyone's talking about next 😆

I guess I’m possibly one of the outliers here, but I simply cannot relax to ASMR containing unintelligible whispers. It’s disappointing, when you love the premise of, and other sounds, contained. As a nurse, unintelligible whispers are something we deal with often…so I find that my brain turns on - and tries to decipher what is being said. It’s just something I’m trained to do. I’m envious of those who find it relaxing.
