I know I would really calm down a lot if someone started to talk about their life as I was being treated, since it would distract me from thinking about the pain and the blood... But being insulted... Eh, I probably wouldn't care, but sure as hell wouldn't calm down, either Another question: Do you guys actually slap someone to wake them up/ prevent them from falling asleep?!
