this really helped me alot thank you so much, iv been seeing councillors and psychiatrist for the last 7 months and i feel im not getting any futher forward with any of them :( i feel i go over the same stuff everytime i see them and i still seem to feel depressed, anxiety, panic attacks and self harming/ suicidle so this video was a good way to chill out and be calm for once so thank you very much u took my mind off alot of stuff for 20+ mins 😀

I don’t often feel brave enough to comment, but I am super moved because I did actually have a horrifying experience needing several surgeries to get my gallbladder out (I was healing from it at the time you posted this, lol). I still suffer ptsd from the hospital stay, and I just.... wanted to thank you for your caring and gentle nature in all of your videos, I suppose! I have a feeling this video will be helpful in the future, and I appreciate you!
