Sometimes when adults can't find a job, they'll do anything they can to find even the smallest job in town. Adults gotta make money, and without money, they can't pay for their needs. So next time any of you see a strict, mean, or tired adult doing his or her job, just don't judge them. Most people who struggle with this hate their new job because of limited options, but nonetheless, they have to make money 💵

I start my final and senior year of high school in the morning. I can’t believe I’m here, I really thought I wouldn’t make it. Hopefully a year from today, I’ll be moving to college, free of all the baggage and leaving everything behind.

My school nurse was a guy and he was sick if u said ur were sick he'd ask if u were serious then you would say "no I just wanna go home" and he would give you a hometime slip and let you go

sarah b lol everytime i saw a substitute nurse and i had a headace i would be like, "yeesss im getting a peppermint today!" (The nurse always gave us cough drops but for some odd reason the substitutes gave us peppermints)
Yeah, I can TOTALLY relate. That happened in 6th grade and I live in Poland (most of Polish schools are horrible, trust me) Once I had an accident during PE class. I basically tripped which caused some quiet serious 'wound' (idk how to call it). All the teacher did was he lazily told me to wash it with water. I did what he told me. To avoid confusion: there weren’t ANY mirrors in school restrooms back then and there was no nurse in school. She only arrived to our school only 3 or 4 times per school year for stuff like measuring or checking students’ hair to make sure they don't have lice. People in my class kept saying it (the 'wound') looks terrifying. I thought they were trolling me since teacher said I can easily exercise. Later, our librarian took me to school kitchen to put some frozen carrots ’cause there was no ice. For the rest of the day all that teachers did was asking „What happened?” but only my English teacher (and it was after classes ended) cared if my parents know what happened. After that I went to doctor and had to stay home for 4 days :\

Yep in primary school when you fell and you went to a break or lunch supervisor and they sent you to the nurse and you got one and you would have it on your knee the whole day so you wouldn't have to anything 😂

One day My nurse let me sleep for the whole school day and it was four when I woke up and my mom was sitting next to me and she was like come on we need to go home,its four and everyone left like a half hour ago and I'm like,oh ok when I got home I slept for the rest of the day and I woke up at 3 in the afternoon the next day😂

Once, when I was around 6 or seven years old , I twisted my ankle (really badly) at recess. When I went to my class I told the teacher and she gave me a pass. I went to the nurse and she told me to lie down. I did and I crossed one ankle over the other in a natural position. She took one look at me and said "If you really twisted your ankle you wouldn't be able to do that." I told her that I did, and she told me to go back to class. Me, trying to be polite, left without a word. I went back to class and my teacher asked what happened. I just said that she told me to go back. I didn't want to cause trouble. That is where I learned how dumb adults can be.
*Her:* ‘ what is your diet like?’ *Me :* 500 burgers a day extra French fries, no salad. For breakfast crisps. And for drinks, milkshake.’ *Her:* ‘okay, so your diet is pretty healthy!’ *me:* ‘ why thank you.’ *belly pops out while humming out of door*

Madison Alvey I broke my arm and was given an ice pack and sent back to class! My nurse didn’t care about anyone in that school. It was a elementary school and they didn’t even give us ice packs we only got those when the paramedics were called in other than that we got a ziplock filled with ice and most teachers didn’t allow them in their room

This girl in my school had daily headaches and the nurse said she was faking it until her parents found out so they took her to the doctor and it turned out she had a brain tumor and less than a year to live
