Great Work! If I may ask, what is the name of the comb? I currently use the YS Park combs but feel the plastic on certain ones is "sharp" & tends to "dig" into the scalp.

I can’t. I honestly would not recommend cheap scissors, they are so bad. They will go blunt quickly if they are cheap steel

I think I get the question. You are asking why I cover the same area twice with different techniques? This is purely to cross check. Vertical and horizontal sections in the same area ensure a neater finish

I like to comb the hair through and check the hair over and make sure it is sitting the way I want it to. I do this with most haircuts.
