ASMR Sketching || Lo-fi, mostly no talking, typing, pencil sounds 

Hello,
I've brought you along while I do a bit of drawing, a very casual session with very little talking but quite a bit of background noise including some typing sounds and a pesky helicopter. Hope it can be comforting in some way,

What is ASMR?
Wikipedia explains "Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR)" to be a "tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." It can often be triggered by certain sounds such as tapping or whispering and can be very relaxing and helpful for falling asleep. If ASMR is something you've never heard of before I'd recommend searching it on RU-vid as there are 100's of videos for every type of ASMR trigger that you can explore!
