I really enjoy ASMR but I also have misophonia, so some sounds are worse than nails on a blackboard to me -- including several popular ASMR triggers. You're legitimately so amazing that somehow -- like I cannot remotely grasp how -- not only do they not bother me when you make them, but I even get ASMR tingles from them. Mind = Blown. @@emperorchampion it's an umbrella term for when your brain doesnt process sounds effectively so some sounds are physically painful or cause physical discomfort. mine in particular is from a sensory processing disorder and one example i can give is the popular water in a mason jar trigger makes me nauseous. i can't explain why but hearing the water sounds mixed with metal lid sounds does something in my brain that makes my body decide i need to throw up. thankfully ive been able to just skip over those parts of asmr videos before actually throwing up lol
Thank you for this vid, 20 mins of watching was able to get rid of a migraine I otherwise would have had to take my medication for. Thanks to you I was able to go to work today absolutely migraine free, it means the world 💛💛
I suffer from migraines the type where i get bright neon aura and thats all i can see for 20 mins .. plus pain ! So im gonna listen to this next time i have one ! ( i watch all you're vids, you my fave)
I'm so sorry!! My mom and I get those; for her, at least the pain doesn't come at the same time but rather kind of staggered -- like just before the visual part or just after. I used to sometimes get the ones where half my vision would just white out entirely. What was so bad about that for me was I always need dark when I get a migraine, and with the visual ones there is no escaping that brightness >__
I get those too. Worse once induced from tinnitus. SOFT BROWN NOISE and 3 Excedrin. BLACK OUT MASK.** (don't buy medicine/ones labeled migraine.. it's a marketing scam.) It's the combination of acetaminophen,*Tylenol, caffeine, and aspirin. With Lots of water. And a dose of protein. We could be a piece of meat or a yogurt or a couple slices of cheese ...something. I try to head it off early.

Been watching asmr for years , but these triggers and ambiance takes the cake. Very very relaxing and naturally relaxing it doesn’t feel forced like other asmr videos
