Same for me... my parents broke up when I was 4 and I was left to live with my grandparents, they're amazing people, but I never got to have the love and warmth of my mother. Emma is an amazing person, she makes me feel important, I cannot even find suitable words to say how much it all means to me, Emma is someone special and what she does for us is wonderful. I wish this world could be fulfilled with people like her...

💜 Pottering around you for extra special comforting sounds, triggers and company while you fall asleep with singing, humming and tucking you in, some pampering and love from me 💜 Pottering around is my therapy at home, I'm a master potterer 🤗 (I can see you smiling now, you are too? 😁) Pottering in this video ASMR style means tidying up, cleaning and walking around you. I will be sorting out scarves, folding clothes, dusting, tidying up essential oil bottles and jewellery. I couldn't resist humming and singing your / our bedtime song. This is for everyone who requested more singing and pottering as (especially the pottering) is usually a little add on to the end. Maybe this is a little too much info for the internet, but I never had any parents and growing up, sleeping was very hard for me because I never felt safe, comfortable or remotely calm. Now every night I listen to you so I can fall asleep because you make me feel safe, less anxious, relaxed and very comfortable. Thank you for being the ASMR mom of so many people 💜

I've been reading all of these comments about everyone's different experiences growing up and almost feel guilty knowing I've been really lucky to have the parents I have. They're not perfect, but no one is really, and they love me and care about me. I hope everyone here feels that, if they haven't in their childhood, then at least at some point in their lives, because you deserve it. Sending my love, stay safe and keep going. Xx

This is AMAZING!! I grew up sharing a room with my handicapped sister who required around-the-clock nursing, which meant I always fell asleep with a nurse at the foot of my bed. She'd be filling out paperwork or preparing medications throughout the night, and sometimes she'd whisper to my sister when it was time to turn over, so this reminds me exactly of that!! My mom was physically there growing up but not emotionally- she had a lot of traumatic stuff happen and couldn't be there for me so I didnt really get to experience a mother's love or tenderness like this as a child. She was very distant and she'd turn me away whenever I'd seek comfort from her and my dad didn't really believe in any emotional comfort. Now that I know what happened to her, I dont blame her but it's nice to experience this even if its through a screen. Its very comforting and I wish RU-vid had been around when I was a kid but at least I have it now. Thank you.

Emma, the most calming parts of your videos lately for me have been when you talk about life and how things get hard, and it’s okay to be sad sometimes, and it’s all a part of life. I could cry feeling like you know how rough it is for some of us. You compartmentalize that pain for me, and I can feel myself becoming accepting of it. Thank you for all that you do. As a survivor of childhood abuse and trauma, and as someone who is making sure to heal and overcome, I know that one day I’ll be a great mama, even though my own bio mom never wanted me or was nurturing towards me. These types of videos bring peace and sometimes a level of sadness-just grieving what I never had. But you’re so kind and sweet, and this video really helps me relax and breathe. I think I’d probably be in Heaven if I was ever tucked in hahahahaha! Maybe you could do a drawing and pick someone to tuck in, in real life-for a charge of course-but how cool would that be?! Thanks for this Emma. Xxxx

I have a mothers broken heart. There is a reason why they didn't make song about this king of broken heart is because words don't come easy for this kind of pain. Yesterday was a bad day for me. Filled with 2 Panic attacks and emotionally drained and unable to rest. Your video gave me confort. When you doubt the way your going on this earth. Know that your gift has value . To calm and bring peace to the restless is priceless and not everyone has this gift. Thank you
