When Ive been in a room of people and been genuinely real with them there's nothing that I fear or worry about beyond a certain point (well probably you listen to your realness not fear I guess?), and the self compassion practice that you talked about is genuinely wonderful advice to hear any day of the week, some people pay for a course they go away and listen to this wonderful wisdom and therapy. I don't usually leave comments, but I just need to let you know how much you helped me last night. There has been a lot of earthquakes very close from where I live, and I'm terrified of them, it's been nearly 12 hours since they started (they started last night around 7:10pm and the most recent one was about 10 mins ago at 6:59am), I had a very tough time trying to sleep because I'm scared a really big earthquake was gonna hit during the night, however, watching your videos truly helped me go to sleep, your soft voice made me relax a bit and the soft hand movements made my anxiety become less as well as the positivity you transmitted throughout the video! I loooooove you and often watch and listen before bed. For me personally, and I am just telling you this so you know what some of your fans feel, and not to be obnoxious, but the camera movements (instead of it being steady and still), make me dizzy and uneasy. That’s my personal preference. Everything else you’re so relaxing and incredible and sweet and lovely.

I love myself on average about twice a day. Perhaps I shared too much.

Giving my will up for God's initiated a spiritual process that allows me to understand and manage the emotions that fueled self-destructive behavior for fifty years. Fear is the real demon; powerful, yes, bút once it's removed...even for an hour...I can have that emotional clarity/moment you spoke of that you wish could last forever. With practice, relief from fear can sometimes last for days! No medication...just prayer, meditation/reflection, and an abundance of gratitude. Awesome video, Ozley!!🙏🙏
