I got my tonsils out this summer, I’m 16, and with me being older it was AWFUL. Recovery sucked but it’s so worth it. I don’t get sick as often, so if you can deal with the pain, I recommend it! Hope you get better soon Ocean, happy new year!

I hope you feel better soon! I got mine taken out at 21. It took going to a few doctors but once I showed them how bad they were (I had a photo album and notes tracker) I was able to get them out
I’m in Virginia in the US and the flu is going around. I’ve been sick since December 16th! I’m miserable and I can’t even imagine feeling good again. I hope you feel better soon!! Oh, don’t change a thing. I love your channel.

Hi Ocean, I’m sorry you aren’t feeling so well. Last night I began to feel like I was going to be ill. It began with a runny nose, the I began to cough. I took Coricidin, drank some kombucha tea and had me some airborne in some water, I also took some Emergen-C gummies and went to bed. I slept all night and woke up feeling well. I was scared to get sick after hearing about all the sicknesses that are going around.
I’ve been studying for awhile now to get my CNA license and your videos help me wind down at night and relax from a long day of cramming info into my head lol thank you for all you do ❤ you got this if you get your tonsils out my son is almost 3 and needs his tonsils removed and I’m so nervous for him cause he’s so young but he will be okay
it disgusts me how people make comments about other's appearances, even more so if it's something that has to do with the structure of the face. i can assure you that people think you're gorgeous, ocean. and those making comments about your brows/face are probably just insecure about something and feel the need to bring others down too.
I just got over something similar I work in healthcare and I got strep and then the place I worked at had a Covid outbreak and I ended up getting that on top of strep and I felt terrible. Thank you for this video I appreciate it Ocean! ❤️

Last year I had strep 8 times in 5 months and I got my tonsils out. I am 15 yo so it was easier for me, but it was definitely worth it. In my case the infection was on the back of my tonsils so the doctors couldn’t see it from my mouth. I 100% reccomend it especially because now they don’t have much purpose. My only tips are to ask for medicine if anesthesia makes you nauseous and expect to vomit for days. STAY HYDRATED. I was almost hospitalized after surgery because I did not drink enough. Also especially if you also get Adnoids removed expect killer ear canal pain about 5 days after surgery
ocean the bit where you were talking down about your features made me so sad :( as somebody who in the least creepy way is an expert in ur face from watching your asmr every night i can tell u those insecurities are complete nonsense, you have no idea how many times ive sat watching your videos and thought “that girl is so beautiful”
Been Sick here in the UK too, same symptoms, sore throat, aching, headache and very tired, lasts a couple of weeks. Better now but it's crazy how this virus is world wide. You'll feel great again soon, bicarbonate of soda gargles works brilliantly to numb the throat.
