@@bluestuesking Not exactly. It restricts minors channels like ( Lysslyss🌊) for example. Disables comments and makes the channel very hard to find. Amina is risking the channel by doing this but it does allow monetisation and no restrictions with this method. Once youtube determines that it is essentially a minors channel it will be treated differently.
