Same only its 18 past midnight and I'm being reminded how this used to be my dream and I only got to do it for a short time before eventually my life and priorities changed and now my license for being an Esthetician is expired. Life happens. If I want to be an Esthetician again I'd have to re take the licensing exam MAYBE even go back to school to re learn everything depending on the laws now. Such a bummer. It's fun though, making people feel and look beautiful.
My favorite part has to be the arm and hand massage. I am a sign language interpreter, and having my hands massages helps me a lot, so watching this just gave me second hand hand massage. Plus the way your fingers move around her face looks so calming and soothing

My favorite part was how you instantly put her to sleep in the beginning I feel like a lot a facials do this which is good but we forget that at home we should also be calm and have the same tranquility when taking care of our skin. I still struggle with this sometimes when I’m home about to clean my face I focus too much on the acné flakiness and dehydration I see that instead it makes my mood sad and stressed. I’ve learned a lot from your skin junkies videos lol and one thing I learned today is to be happy with your skin no matter what condition it is in :)

alannah seaton she pulls the headband all the way back to the hairline I guess because she actually went to school for this. Other RU-vidrs will leave the headband right by the eyebrows so temples and sides of the forehead aren’t being cleansed

This pandemic has been awful. When i’m working again i’m going to start getting facials every couple of months. It seems like the most loving thing you can do for yourself and working as a caregiver for developmentally disabled clients, we forget to take care of ourselves. I do love gua sha and micro-needling tools so I do my best but having someone else take care of your skin is just 🙏🏼😭
