Hello beautiful people, I hope you're all doing well :) I know that a lot of you have been feeling very anxious with everything going on recently, and with anxiety comes a difficulty falling asleep. So I hope these sounds are able to give you a sense of calmness in the midst of this chaos💕 I decided to make this video an hour long so that you can fall asleep peacefully to this sound assortment🥰 I love and appreciate you all so so much❤️ Thank you for all of your support and kind words🥰 Sweet dreams💕🤗

I know where your coming from, I had an anxiety attack indoors, which is mental because I usually only have them outdoors, and I have been feeling very bad in terms of happiness, not depression, but at times does feel like it. We have to life with it brother we can do it❤️🙏

Robin I have been at home for almost a year now because of anxiety, believe me when i tell you that that doesn’t matter, life is not made for us to only go for our life purpose. You have earned this time of, maybe do a bit of self improvement, that never hurts. But don’t forget that we humans deserve some time of at times, take advantage of it.

So, personally, maybe its because I am not felling tired and all, but those triggers ain't seem tingly to me, BUT the way you speak in your videos is so much better than most of the triggers that I remember. Beautiful voice, very soft and temperate whispering, that's what I call the trigger. Looking forward to your next soft whispers video. Hope you are doing great!
