For 15 years I have had the worst time getting to sleep. I was introduced to ASMR. Of all the ones I have tried on RU-vid, your ASMR has proven effective. I never make it more then 2 minutes and I'm asleep. Thank you for what you do. My insomnia is a thing of the past.
For only the second time, that I can remember, I got ASMR tingles with this video. Both times have happened while you were talking. I could feel it in my scalp and my left hip. This is the reason I watch, Val. Your videos are always entertaining, relaxing, and you are the only person to ever give me tingles. Great job on another amazing video.

this was so relaxing and it was just what I needed as I've had a tough couple of days and this brought all my unwanted emotions to the top and they drifted away completely so I thank you for that now I can see the light and I'm no longer in the dark

I had to skip everything from the tuning fork to the feather boa, because my ears couldn't handle the harshness. Everything else, except for the crinkling plastic earlier, was calm, relaxing, and soothing, and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
