The noodles are a Chinese dish known as fen tiao. My mom makes it a lot for me. There is also its counterpart, fen si. Fen si is thinner. They are naturally put in hotpot with other foods like enoki mushrooms, beef, lamb, spinach, fang bian mian(instant noodles)potatoes, and etc. It's all very tasty!
