i've had tartare in other places like in france but I had yukhoe at a korean restaurant yesterday. 100/10 it was phenomenal and the texture was amazing.
Korean raw beef is a very delicious and fresh food. Of course it's safe. The cooking process is also clean. It doesn't smell fishy, smell blood, or taste blood at all. This is just a Korean culture and shouldn't we respect and consider the cultures of different countries? That one weird girl it’s chewy and super refreshing! It kind of has a nutty taste but you defiantly get the freshness of the beef! The sauce goes very well with it.

Korea style beef tartare is cooked only a part of beef that can eat raw. That's name is udunsal in Korea. Someone may guess this food tastes like blood because raw beef color is red. But It is not. The reason beef color is red is just beef muscles color. Actually it doesn't have any taste. But It has a very chewy texture. If you see my words, I hope you to want to try this korea style beef tartare.

Yes! Yes! It is really delicious! I am sure you will like it if you dont have prejudice which clearly Robin has. Ive never seen any open minded foreigners getting disappointed after eating this.
