At 12:25 its important that the patient builds vascular pressure (pinching nose shut, keeping mouth closed and holding breath) for 30-60 seconds (or longer if the patient is able) before you examine the ocular disk and that the patient keeps that vascular pressure for both eyes otherwise you'd get inconsistent results

I was just thinking about what I said. Back in the day other search engines had ads all over the place. it was google with the blank page and no ads. Now I guess they have gone full circle. They are what they replaced back then. It is hard to find any good content anymore. And I never use them for search.

Hoping this doesn't come across as rude, I'm just curious - what exactly is this a trigger for? I can appreciate that the timbre of her voice is gentler and more soothing than most, but I'm a bit outside the loop on the whole ASMR 'thing' in general, and am interested to know what exactly it is that people are fascinated by, and why. Cheers.

@@Hoaxe72 Thanks for the reply, I guess I'm just looking for greater context. So while I get the concept of a 'tingling sensation all over', I definitely don't have an understanding or appreciation for the greater context - what is the tingling sensation , why does it apply to X but not to Y, what is the specific 'trigger' you speak of. To label it a 'trigger' implies that it's something specific, not just a vague collection of stressors that can or can not form a trigger. It is implicit in your description and those of others I've asked about this phenomenon that you are able to identify exactly what makes 'satisfying' ASMR and vice versa, I'd love it if you could help me understand what that baseline is and what if anything certain people are doing that lands them on either side of that line. Cheers

@@tomcrook5269 so a trigger can differ for different people, it’s just the noise that starts the tingles, so if pencil on paper starts tingles that’s a trigger. Different people find different noises better so not everyone has the same trigger
