looks like "alcohol is 114 times safer than marijuana" is from a paper with estimated ranges based on mortality risk, though even then it's a little weird, since as far as i know no one has ever overdosed on marijuana (but obviously it happens with alcohol)

The way you pronounced Qing is wrong, yes, but it's alright. It's pronounced "ching". Q is ch in Chinese.
