Just a friendly suggestion, as someone who likes to tell people they look like actors/actresses as well, you should always say first "I say this as a compliment" because sometimes they got angry at me because they didn't like the actor and lashed out, making me feel bad, but when I assured them it was meant to be a compliment, they are more nicer about it and if they don't like the actor, they will just tell you in a calmer way, but appreciate the gesture.
